After graduating from Florida State University with a fashion degree in 2014, I quickly shifted gears to focus on my spiritual and wellness journey, going on to complete 500 hours of yoga teacher training in 2017 where I was trained in various breathwork techniques, meditation, and yoga nidra.
When 6 years of CrossFit ended with a knee injury in 2016, I became a strength and mobility trainer in an effort to empower myself with more tools for managing and optimizing the health of my physical body while helping others do the same.
From 2017-2020, I had several mentors in the realm of divine femininity, erotic expression, and general self mastery where I practiced manifestation, visualization, energy work, relationship management, and learned to identify my needlemovers.
In 2022, I combined everything I learned from 2012-2022 to become a Self Mastery Mentor, serving others by teaching them the invaluable tools I learned to more effectively manage my life and relationships.
